So that's roughly 600km per week, 2400 per month? Damn dude, that is a lot. A hybrid won't help you much because electric motors are mostly used at low speeds, like to get going from traffic lights in a city, which saves a lot of fuel. They don't do much on highways.
Most people evolve and figure out what works for discipline and what doesn't.
Others just beat the shit out of everyone who annoys them including their own kids, and then wonder why those kids grow up to either be massive douchebags, or cut contact with their parents as soon as they can.
Our water bill is included in the rent, the amount we use doesn't affect it, so I could do that. I don't because why would I, but I could.

In some countries you must submit a letter of resignation a few weeks or months in advance, otherwise you don't get resignation bonuses and your employer might even take you to court for lost productivity.
Of course, this only applies to people who are simply quitting for personal reasons.
