Technically this breed is a domestic shorthair but my cat has the same markings and is pretty similar. Super outgoing and has zero fear but he'd yowl like hell if he broke his leg. He yowls pretty much all the time though.
I can't ever remember seeing a kid wearing them here in the UK but my grandma once said she used "reins" on my dad and his siblings which would have been from late 1960s to late 1970s.
Before water could be reliably sterilised beer was the only thing people could drink safely. So it would have been the only thing a lot of people drank for their whole lives after they stopped breastfeeding which I think will have contributed quite strongly to it's popularity.
Hell no. Case and screen protector always. The glass screen protector is also a privacy screen, I've cracked one so far in like 5 years. My case also holds my card.
Whether its actually enforced or not will be the question. I went to Disneyland Paris 7 years ago, there were signs everywhere saying smoke only in designated areas but there were people smoking all over and none of the staff seemed to care.
