Lidl is another half-wholesale half-supermarket chain which is supposed to be cheaper. Popular in England. At the checkout it is indeed a race, the checkout belt is more than 2 metres long and yet it only seems to take less than a minute for all your stuff to pile up on the other end.

Lately the modding has been getting really good, and while the game engine already has volumetric lighting (or something), there are even mods now that render everything beautifully that probably need a really good graphics card to keep up with.

Not taking in carbohydrates is surprisingly correlated with good days for me. Carbohydrate days I feel unmotivated.

Star Ocean Second Evolution for me, faithful port of the original PSX RPG. It's very good, but if you do play it, it is worth researching which two skills help you power through the game lol.

Search 豆腐乳罐 (keywords: fermented bean curd jar) and you can see that while some brands seem to load on the chilli (chilli is super red don't forget), there are other brands that look like they wrapped it in kimchee. It's quite variable and according to the customer's taste.

I mixed up tofu with bean curd, so I probably should have said fermented bean curd.

It is a strong flavour but works really well as part of your sauce bowl when you're dipping cooked hotpot ingredients in it.

I think it can also be added to noodles for some spiciness.

Asian/Chinese supermarkets must have it, it's a jar of something white/slightly yellowed immersed in a watery chilli sauce.

Fermented tofu, it sounds horrible but it's just akin to cheese.

Think how the Chinese feel about heavily fermented milk? Ha!
