Almost every state has some form of law outlawing homelessness. https://homelesslaw.org/first-national-study-of-state-laws-criminalizing-homelessness-released/ The USA is a diverse place and homelessness affects different areas differently. If we want to make homelessness a crime we need to be sure to also provide a method to grandfather in or help those who are currently homeless.

You could charge a licensing fee for commercial use. Won't fix it 100% but most companies would rather pay a licensing fee than risk getting sued.

I've done a lot of research into the Paddington Cinematic Universe and it is cannon that Paddington's bear family was a ruling class in a Peruvian bear apartheid system. In a move to separate themselves from the lesser undesirable bears they spoke with an English accent. Paddington is told that his parents died in an "earthquake" when he was very young but they were actually publicly executed during the warring states period following the fall of apartheid Peruvian bear society. It's the systematic advantages that still existed in the new Democratic Bears Republic of Peru that allowed Paddington to gain enough marmalade to grow up strong and move abroad.

Are you telling me a group of 9 elderly Americans can't handle making some of the most important legal decisions in American history in a timely manor?

There are no bad employees only bad managers, or some karate kid nonsense like that. I had a job where I was "on call" 24/7 with no one else as alternates. I kept getting in trouble for not being available on the weekend when they called me. Most of the other employees I worked with in similar positions admitted to drinking every night that way they couldn't get called in after hours. I quit that job quick.

From high school: went to an ivy league, coasted with Bs and Cs, has a high paying job in NYC in finance. Saw on insta that he privately booked out a bar in Manhattan for his birthday, so I guess he's doing good. From college: Currently over-employeed, married, owns a house in the inner suburbs, expecting first child. My life is pretty great, could be better, could be worse.

My eye Dr recommends the blue light filtering and "digital lenses" so I got them. I haven't noticed any difference in how my eyes felt. The info packet that came with the glasses noted at all claims regarding these features are not supported by any medical studies.
