  • Technically a human could watch all the videos on YouTube. But if a human were to cut together bits of each video to make a new one that would probably be an infringement. But if a human saw a video and wanted to recreate it that might be allowed depending on how close to the original they got. It points out some glaring issues with modern copyright law. I don't know what the solution is, but if a multinational tech giant is doing it, it should probably be illegal.

  • ...Campaigns cost money. Advertising, staff, transportation, and security aren't free. It would be great if all campaign donations had to go to a central pool and was divided evenly between candidates, but I don't think people would donate then.

  • Trump isn't under investigation here, he's one of the victims. What could he tell the FBI that they don't already know? I'm pretty sure members of the secret service are required to provide records of what they saw anytime there is an incident. Trump isn't a medical professional, if he says he was shot and it was actually shrapnel that doesn't mean anything, he's not expected to provide acurate medical diagnosis.

  • The timing isn't great. Primaries already happened most places. A huge amount of campaigning could have been done already. But I think if the Dems can pick someone under 50 who can cohesively string together an entire paragraph, they'll win.
