All that energy can be harvested for a hot shower or bath instead of having a heat pump outside in the colder temps running at a lower efficiency. On top of that, the furnace will not always be running throughout the year, and the warmer months will be more beneficial to have the heat pump than a gas water heater.
I am assuming that the heat pump water tank and gas furnace are in the basement, or garage. not inside the well insulated house...

The more and more hot water spouts you have the more expensive the tankless design is, especially for running costs and short life span. The recirculating with a water tank will last longer, cheaper running costs, and can be fitted in already existing infrastructure of water tank designed homes. In building a new home, it is possible to have tankless water heaters be better than water tanks. especially if you can use Solar Panels to make the running costs near 0.

Yeah, this is the way, doing it manually is fun and all but its highly unnecessary extra effort as there are very little reasons as all of it is just configuration of the system. Archinstall is just the Text-GUI version that still offers the customize ability of the install. Heck you can load a configuration file that you can make before hand so that you don't need to babysit the installation and can reproduce it in other systems/PCs.
The phone or display attached to your arm /wrist will not work for all cases either, so we are just looking for enhancements to those who can take advantage of it. The rest will need either more specialized solutions or don't need it.
I personally would rather have my phone be lightweight and carry a small power bank in my pocket or backpack or fannypack or satchel. The cord is a drawback as it can sometimes restrict mobility, and the phone gets hot. I live in a place where it is 15+ C in the fall and spring with 40+ C months long summer peaks. I have a phone cooler that has a fan, and the power bank has another port for it to plug into. Now I have two cables dangling from my phone. For some reason, I manage to always get them caught on knobs for drawers or doors.

Some samsung devices sport styluses, namely the ultra phone, that you can use instead of your fingers as it can be hard or impossible to do with gloves on. The unfortunate downside to this is that your arm would get tired after long use, and you are more dependent on headphones/earbuds or speakerphone for calls. A phone attached to your arm could be clumsy for quick actions and needs your hands to be free to use, but you live with what you have.
Maybe instead, a mechanical arm that attaches to your shoulders will be more versatile as you can still do one-handed, and your arm will not get tired. Could maybe include a stabilizer in the design for great video recording capabilities.
AI doesn't break that design. It's being pushed as the problem, or fall guy, when in reality, it's just the private corporation being greedy jerks who deny anything they want without any regulation. The law is the problem, and AI is just a dynamic algorithm being blamed as "its something else" when it is making decisions on behalf of the company. The company should be shamed, and the AI's decisions are being automatically accepted by the company without any due process.
