I use the International keyboard because it allows me to type a lot of symbols, but US also serves me fine

You can switch to Kotlin Native, which depends on C libraries, or Kotlin JS, which depends on whatever libraries your JS runner has. No matter whatever Oracle has done, they produce a pretty good library, API spec and OpenJDK.

Not exactly what the edge case is, but my hypothesis is for attempting to create a PR from a recently dethorned (i.e. I recently changed the default branch from develop to master) branch onto any branch of the same repo (forks don't count).
