Large right leaning cities are very much an exception and not a rule. Of the top 30 US cities only two have Republican mayors. Fort Worth and Oklahoma City.

Unless we want NATO forces actively involved then the most expedient way to end this conflict is to continue providing Ukraine with the tools necessary to fight Russian aggression for as long as Ukraine would like to fight. Democracy is either important, or it isn’t. I think it is.
