New kid on the block always flew off the handle and went with his gut feeling. He was constantly using excessive force and beating up suspects. Even when it seemed like he went to far they would ultimately find out that whoever he beat up was a "piece of shit criminal" and they deserved it. The sister who was a DA and tried to get them to follow the rules was played as a bleeding heart liberal, and would get herself or others in trouble from being too soft on crime. She was also portrayed as a "ball busting bitch" with a chip on her shoulder. Grandpa was a racist fuck that everyone justified as that's just grandpa, he's from a different time.

It's on the rise, though.

I did exactly what you are planning to do. I had put a 2TB drive in my LCD and just swapped it to a new OLED. It asked me to update as soon as it was installed, but it worked just fine.

I'm not trying to protect lenovo. I think they are a shit company now, and I should have some my research better before buying my computer, but they aren't the only ones doing this. Anyone who's done BIOS updates knows that shouldn't be done automatically, but manufacturers and Microsoft seem to think it's a good idea to push it through automatic updates.

I had windows update try to brick the BIOS on my Lenovo workstation recently. I can't believe Microsoft and manufacturers do this kind of shit. Luckily my workstation had dual BIOS so I could recover it. Between that and the fact that lenovo manufacturer locks their processors I would have waited until I could afford a supermicro had I known.

I like Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett's version of Baby It's Cold Outside. I try to avoid most other Christmas songs, but especially Mariah Carey. I also worked in a department store for five years, so lots of bad memories of Christmas songs for months.
