  • Is the demo still available or was it just from Next Fest? I couldn't find it on the store page.

Edit: The demo is nolonger available -- The SteamDB page is here: https://steamdb.info/app/2357010/

Trying to force the install with steam://install/2357010/ returns a "No Licenses" failure.

Disappointed, but hope the game does well. It looks really interesting.

  • I've been using Anytype for the past 6 months, and love the direction its going.

It doesn't have the flexibility of plugins that Obsidian has, but it's open source, so hopefully some day it will mature in that direction.

It also offers the option of 1GB cloud storage for free, which is plenty for text.

  • I don't understand -- wouldn't it be better to have an extra hour of daylight in the evening through winter? For me, the most depressing thing about the clocks falling back is that the sun is setting an hour earlier, not that it's rising an hour earlier.

  • I picked it up last Christmas, and certainly got my money's worth, as I can get easily get lost in these types of games for hours at a time, and I was hard up for an Animal Crossing-type experience.

Not regretting my purchase, but certainly disappointing to hear that they aren't trying to get as many people into it as possible. Despite not regretting my purchase, it does feel like it was designed to be FTP.

  • I personally haven't clicked with the gameplay of their last few games, but damn you can't not respect Remedy's track record.

I can't think of another multi-platform dev that captures the trifecta of tech-style-gameplay so reliably every time.

Hope they get the sales they deserve.

  • Yeah I'm also surprised this is blowing up. If a developer says before launch that there are optimisation issues, reading between the lines you can assume they're going to be very severe.

Still it could have helped if they gave some benchmarking examples to further set expectations.

  • How does it differ from the first and MM?

Ive been avoiding the marketing (I'm on PC so it will be a while before I get to play it) but I'm really curious on the improvements they've made, aside from having both Pete and Miles playable.
