Private utilities: your peasants pay 10 to 100 times what you should during disasters.

Private politicians: your peasants pay for representation and legislation of the oligarchs interests.

Private military, NSA, FBI and CIA: your peasants pay roughly half their taxes to be spied on, lied to, and ultimately disappeared when they cause any trouble.

I agree with everything you're saying, except that someone higher up is telling Krasnov what to do and pulling the strings. He's not smart enough to come up with this himself. Republicans do this every time they're in office.
