How do governments reconcile money that flows out of their country?

  • The effect is deflation but that's usually offset by deficit spending.

    • Anyone else keep pressing the RIF app out of habit?

  • The app still works for me but maybe that's because I'm not using any user login and am just using it to read a couple of subs that haven't migrated yet.
