  • I would say this is done for some surgeries (inflate the abdomen with carbon dioxide) but this man ain’t prepped for the OR with his sweatpants and t-shirt that fits surprisingly well…

  • No, beer belly is just developing extra layers of fat like normal because drinking beer is like eating bread, it’s full of carbs.

    This is more like a “his abdomen filled with fluid it wasn’t supposed to very rapidly because of organ failure or something”; but that’s not what “beer belly” refers to

  • Why wouldn’t they be able to? Acceptance to their App Store requires that apps be built with a trusted tool chain. Their reasoning is that it’s harder to built malicious apps that might make it past review if you’re using their tools.
