80% of the app is the same. It's not like he spent years creating a new app from scratch. I'm not saying he doesn't deserve compensation but I feel like he's being a bit gougey in this situation.

AdGuard does the same. All I see is "sponsored content" and keep scrolling.

Prices are ridiculous, especially for returning users. The Lemmy app is basically the Reddit app. You can't convince me that at least 85% of the code was re-used from it. If you used the code from the app I already paid for (twice) I feel like I should get a discount.

Subscription models suck too.

Perhaps I asked the wrong question.

How do I get to the community in Voyager?

Generally use Firefox but I use Chrome for pwas because Firefox's implementation is kinda trash right now.

I can't wait until Sync for Lemmy is ready. Sync was my favorite app.

You can use AdGuard on Android to block ads device wide. You can also install uBlock origin in Firefox Mobile.

I'm more sure for iOS

I am forever a Firefox fan but Chromium is just faster on all my devices. Chrome without Google is great.

I don't know the difference between those two apps. I do know that YouTube ReVanced is better though.
