  • It has 0 impact in the US maybe. Here, my vote might get snatched by one party or the other... I wouldn't like that to happen, thank you very much.

  • Really? I thought it signalled that I don't like either of the choices 🤔... maybe get them thinking about the representatives they select to put on the voting lists.

  • Agreed. Most drivers are found through Windows update.

I guess I just have old hardware 🤷. My latest hardware is 9 years old... well, apart from my phone 😂.

  • People are not that much into FPS nowadays... or so I've gathered. Plus it's a really fast reaction game, people aren't used to that. You have to be really really fast.

Maybe I'm wrong, IDK, I haven't played it in a while, or the original QIII Arena, but back in the day, finding players online for it was a problem as well. It was just too fast for most people.

  • Tell me you haven't used more than 2 or 3 pieces of hardware in the past 20 years without telling me you haven't used more than 2 or 3 pieces of hardware in the past 20 years.

  • Too bad the US is not what the natives made it to be 🤷... they didn't like what the immigrants did, but money is a very powerful thing.

  • I use my mirrors all the time, I just don't pay attention to them if I don't need to. Like let's say I don't need ti change lanes... I basically don't use them if I'm driving in the same lane.

My point is, I probably wouldn't notice anyone following me unless we passed like 5, 6 lights.

  • Yeah... they call it that cuz the same principle applies to vehicle engine cooling.

Air cooling is not as effective as water cooling, but just take a look at beetle engines made more than half a century ago, they're all air cooled and still up and running. It's all in the design, if it's good and overengineered, it will pracatically run forever.

Too bad nothing nowadays is meant to run more than 5 years.

  • About 100K euros.

  • Yeah, it's a well known fork of Quake III Arena. It's good.

  • I have no f-ing clue who's behind me... yeah, I'd make a terrible getaway driver.

  • And you know who doesn't vote? The other type of simpleton who swallows that other cherry-picking lie, over and over and over again: bOtH pArTiEs ArE tHe SaMe LoL aMiRiTe.

Well, they are over here... and I do vote, just scratch out everyone.

  • True story, the US is a state founded by immigrants.

  • Diesel, btw, is also a name based on a persons name....

    Vin Diesel?

  • Yeah, Realtek WiFi cards are known to be problematic in Linux. Lan as well, but not to that extent.

Just swap the card with another one, no need to pull hair over it, it will most probably never work like it should.

  • Capitalism at it's best...

  • Arch, probably not, Void, most definitely not.

  • To get it to work in Windows I literally had to go to a website that was only Chinese, download a zip file, and extract a dll that would then work when pointed to.

It's called manual driver install in Windows... pretty common with older hardware.
