  • Hadnt heard of CBDA, you kinda can go to a dispensary here but you obviously need a prescription but they are fairly easy to get. That being said i dont think CBDA is available yet?

I never had any issues ordering CBD online but i think its technically not legal and i have dispensary down the end of my street so decided to just get the prescription

  • Yeh ive been watching my portfolio slowly climb over the last couple months. Lets see if i actually attempt to sell off somewhere near the top this time or if i just keep everything and watch it drop down to barely anything again :P

  • What type of pain is it? Diclofenac is an anti-inflammatory, you can get it over the counter, the stronger version you just have to ask the pharmacist for, just ask for Voltaren Rapid 25. Its the only thing that helps with my stiff/sore back. Just make sure to take it with food :)

  • Ill be entering a couple of bottles of my mead into the Redhill Mead Competition in February which is very exciting, We have been brewing for around 9 months now :)
Im also signed up for a nervous system course in Feb/March which im looking forward to

  • Ive started using Nordpass this year and it saved my butt here haha. Saw that i was logged out, quickly checked Nordpass and saw it was there and was back in straight away. Takes a bit of time to get all of your old passwords changed and saved in there but once its done it is so good having a password manager!!

  • I own 3, a traditional woolen one in my clans tartan with all of the dress accoutrements, a drill material utility kilt and a leather utility kilt. I agree, practical and look great and im all aboard the kilt train!!

  • You should be proud of yourself, so so much!! Amazing to hear how far you have come. Keep doing the work on you, building that resilience will make it easier to move forward and be less tempted to go back but it sounds like you are doing pretty great there too. Thanks for sharing, massive hugs and i hope your 40s treat you really well :D
