A 2D-HD remake of this game would be an instant buy for me. Hope one day it will happen...

  I'm not a huge fan of the graphics in these 2D FF remasters, they feel 'neither here nor there' with some elements in pixel art and some not.
  Octopath Traveler's the only game I feel got away with it, probably because the heavy filtering makes it more consistent.
  
  I know bout that remaster and no a remaster is not like a remake... 2D-HD treatment is the best FF6 can hope. A glimpse at octopath traveler 2 show how this technology is the perfect dress for a game like FF6

Honestly, I'm usually not a fan of what they do to pixel art games with their ugly 3D graphics.
Honestly, I'd rather not. Remakes tend to be disappointing, and I don't want that to happen to my favorite game.
- Yeah it’s my favorite FF but it seems unnecessary. We already got the pixel remasters, don’t really need a 3d remake ¯(ツ)_/¯

- FF7R was pretty good, i’d like to see how they could expand on FF6. Although… there are way too many playable characters. Might not be possible to do it justice.
