Im afraid Liftoff! has not been actively developed for a while and is incompatible with the latest versions of Lemmy.
They upgraded to Lemmy 0.19's beta.Unless the app maintainer comes back from limbo, when 0.19 rolls out across all the instances, Liftoff is fucked :(
