One one hand, if Trump goes to prison it won't be Trump vs Biden 2024 but on the other hand, this would mean DeSantis vs Biden in 2024. At least Trump is an idiot. DeSantis is more calculated and strategic about all the bad stuff he does.

Unfortunately, there’s nothing in the U.S. constitution preventing a president from also being an incarcerated criminal.

If it starts in May according to this timeline, I really wonder if it’ll be done before general elections. Especially if there are any appeals.
