I hope those things are huge because in Louisiana you get a lot more than 4 per box when you order the crawfish!
Love crawfish so I had to look them up, seems like they get to be 10 inches (25cm) so much biggerhttps://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nephrops_norvegicus
I'd love to try langoustines, but I've never once seen any here in the States. And I go to a lot of seafood markets.
Doesn't look like it lives near the US.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nephrops_norvegicusIt lives in the north-eastern Atlantic Ocean, and parts of the Mediterranean Sea, but is absent from the Baltic Sea and Black Sea.
I would not eat something if i can still look it in the eye.
But the eye's cooked
...and delicious
I've never eaten the eye, is that actually a thing?
