The lighting is also off because the face has more direct light at it and looks more like an office light colour while the rest of the image is ambient lighting from daylight
The face has been cut out and pasted on this image
They blended it pretty well but forgot about the things I mentioned earlier and the edges of the face still have some unnatural sharpness
