As the IDF states, Palestinians are subhuman, so clearly the IDF cannot be participating in war crimes. Clearly.
Article 25(3)(c): For the purpose of facilitating the commission of such a crime, aids, abets or otherwise assists in its commission or its attempted commission, including providing the means for its commission
Sorry, but can someone ELI5 this one for me?
Although I (think I) speak/write English very well, it'a still not my native language and this specific article was extremely confusing for me, I don't really understand what it means
- "If you help someone commit a crime or try to commit a crime, such as by providing tools or assistance, you can be held responsible for that crime too."
  
  Yeah aiding and abetting is something like: your friend says "I'm going to kill the teacher" and you give him a weapon. You wouldn't be the one killing the teacher, but you facilitated the crime substantially.
