Any built in windows tool or open source program that is for interactive tests?

Forms does this pretty well, no randomizing of the answers that I know of though.
- Rock on that's exactly what I was looking for.
  This is actually for my job, and since we all have Microsoft accounts with it enabled by the looks of it they'll probably have no problems if I suggest this.
I've used Limesurvey(GPL2) previously to poll large groups, which was very straightforward to set up. Looks like it has an assessments feature too.
Not open source but Tally is a really exceptional form builder. You can build that out in no time
