Kicking Mustang on youtube recently put a trash ghillie suit to work in one of his videos. (urban airsoft) Works surprisingly well.

Silo entertainment did it better it seems, I had watched silo's video at release though, so maybe I'm considering it better because of that.

It's pretty clean. I moved here a few years ago and have never gotten the feeling that it's dirty. Around the homeless camps though it can be a little rough though.

Not really. I've lived here for ~30 years and certain spots are better, some are worse.
