Smart to put IDELAND and IEELAND next to each other so the programmers and electrical engineers can work closely together.

I may be stupid but I don't understand what this image is trying to communicate to me. It just looks like a line between two islands with a bunch of nonsensical words to me.
- Its Iceland-> Ireland but working its way through the alphabet for the second letter, so d,e,f,g,h... etc.

  It's like saying Austria and Australia have similar names you but just gotta change the letters a bit.
