Do US drones have ASW capabilities? Why not enforce the deal the old fashioned way - by sinking Russian ships. Bonus points if we get a Kilo or two.

he's only playing by the rules if it benefits him, sometimes it's the rules of western style liberal democracy, sometimes it's the rules of russian style neotsarism. yeah fair assessment overall
