They're clearly being framed.
Tupac still makes music from a bunker somewhere in Antarctica. 6 albums since 1996, not including compilations.
Sure, they'll tell you its recorded material from before he died, but that's just what the illuminati's chem trails want you to think!

- Right?! I was a teen at the time in an area where people were really into this guy. This and B.I.G. were huge events around then. It's a shock seeing it suddenly dredged up again, let alone in this way.
  I initially had concerns about how they were going to prove anything after so long, but after reading the article, it sounds like the guy has basically confessed dozens of times over in great detail and would have to fall back on the "haha I was kidding" defense to avoid consequences.
Wait a witness is now being charged as an accomplice almost 30 years later? I thought they had pretty much dropped this case as the cops didn’t want to solve it
- I haven't read the article OP linked but this CBS article I read mentioned that the case was essentially dropped as prosecutors didn't feel good about it, but after Duane "Keffe D" Davis started doing talk shows and released his book, they felt the case against him got strong enough to prosecute.
- Well, the witness in this case is a gang leader and the one who provided the gun to the shooter and I believe probably gave the command to shoot. So I think getting charged for murder is not necessarily unreasonable.
I don't think the actual charges were released before. Looks like murder was the case that they gave him.
