Anyone else still getting StreetPasses on their 3DS nowadays?

I have been carrying around my 3DS more often lately, and have noticed that around once or twice a month I will still get a StreetPass out in the wild, mostly when I'm in a big city. How's the situation for everyone else? I am curious to see if anyone is able to get any more, or maybe this once or twice a month is more frequent than what other people are getting. The only exception to the one or two a month is at any convention, where I easily get around 10 or 15 in a single day.
