If oil giants are reluctant to invest in carbon capture, why should taxpayers?

This is why natural resources should be nationalized. Corporations don't care about anything but profit. And look where that jas gotten us? An envioent on the verge of collapse, all so a few people can live large...
- Where that got us was a pretty high standard of living, remember when you could buy houses in Palm Springs for 200k? Then we took it for granted and began introducing capital flight.
