That's not conceding, then.
- He conceded the Democratic nomination. He's running in the general as an independent.
  
  He's running as an independent using the Democratic party's money
Someone else posted this, but I like the idea that Zohran's response should be "No means no, Cuomo"
Now watch the "vote blue no matter who" party make excuses for why it's ok to vote third party now that the democratic nominee is a progressive and not the sex pest they prefer.
