Daybreak is chasing EverQuest emulator operators from The Heroes Journey in court

Owners of MMORPG EverQuest sue 1 emulator that has relatively up to date content and takes in money from "donators" in exchange for in game currency. Daybreak Games is not suing free emulators like Project 1999.

IMO, I am ok with this.
