I'm 46. Should I be amused or depressed?

Dunno about you, but godsamn i feel sooooo much better about how (young) i look compared to these guys...that being said Archie Bunkers easy chair is my spirit animal.
- My problem is I'm not sure if I'll look like Redd Fox in two years and just convince myself I look younger or will actually look younger.
  
  you should gather pictures of today people in the same range
  speaking personally, i think today "middle aged" people have more "younger outlook" than the same age ranges decades ago

Hydration and sun protection. Also don't smoke and limit the alcohol.
- It's a little late for most of that (other than smoking, I quit in 2000).
  
  Never too late to start/change into healthy habits!
  Can still make you feel better? I used to drink around six pints a night :/ whittled it down to like 3 pints a week max after COVID.

  I think all of the Golden Girls were in their 50s at the time. Watching that growing up, I thought they were all supposed to be in their 70s.
