Ought, but when someone has a monopoly on violence. Whose going to enforce it against the person with the monopoly?
Laws only work when you follow them and there are actual consequences.
No argument. But who is going to remove him? SCOTUS empowered him. Congress does his bidding (when it does anything at all). Who's left? The military? Do we really want a military takeover of the federal government?
- The only pattern that can work is to elect only Democrats in the mid-term so he can be ousted via impeachment
