Bullshit. He’s obsessed with his narrow narcissistic ideology. Which has not a thing to do with history. History is to him whatever is convenient. Whatever fits his narcissistic worldview. Facts are immaterial.
- Yep, just made up quotes and made up history to fit his narrative:

Whoa, whoa! This is Trump, let's not use the word "learned" here. That would imply mental processes he's not capable of. He took a quick glance, validated what he already believed, and that was that.
He’s an incurious idiot whose only idea of anything comes from tv and the grifters around him. Let’s not imagine he has any interest or idea about history or studying history.
Trump is illiterate and what passes for US history with him is another marketing spiel to provide an excuse for his corrupt dealings and lust for power.

In other words: He hasn't learned from it.
His only interest in history is to rewrite it.
