The first change to the law sets a minimum age for operating an e-scooter at 15.
I suppose that's sensible, we have the same age limit for driving a moped.
- True, they shouldn't be allowed on the roads, but if you required an age limit of 15 for e-scooters why not e-bikes as well?
  And then if you need an age limit for e-bikes why not regular bikes?
Oh, to live in a country where THIS is the most pressing legislative priority.

- IDK what country you are from? But most European countries already enforce this for other types of motorized small transport like mopeds. Here (Denmark) a moped requires a license.
  We also have speed restrictions on e-bikes, here it's 25 km/h that is also enforced.
  I was never into it, but my brother has many stories of escaping police on his moped that could go twice as fast as the legal limit! 😋

- Yes how would the police ever do their job. This right here is the excuse why they shouldn't have a budget for armored vehicles tactical body armor and assault rifles. They can't even enforce a scooter ticket. Acab.
