I got this crazy idea: What if we could protest invasive policies the majority of people don't want enforced in a city without having an abusive dictator continuously escalate things, and indicate to other abusive pieces of shit there would be no consequences for this kind of behavior? What if we fired and criminally charged the asshole that shot this lady, and tried to encourage more cops to be like the only one that actually stopped to check on her to try and stop the bleeding?

That's not what they're called, here's a quote:

They legit used to use the term less than lethal, but because so many people have dies, they switched to saying less lethal, which sounds similar but is scarier

Response? Response to what? It looks to me more like a military force invading a city and attacking civilians.
I mean, it's the LAPD that did the shooting here, they would've done that whether Trump called up the national guard or not.
I'm wondering if the LAPD forgot the lesson they learned in 1992
