I'm not sure how OP did it, but I did find a recipe online which at least ostensibly produces something similar to what OP posted:

It looks like you put most everything in together at the start, excluding softer veggies. Put those in at the end, and steam for a few minutes, and then top with a fried egg cooked separately when done.

honestly it works like magic, as the rice cooks everything else just cooks too! plus the marinade and flavours all mix.

This looks delicious, but you probably shouldn't eat it straight out of the rice cooker if you're using a fork. That nonstick coating will thank you.
oh 100%. i took the photo in place because that’s how it looks the best but then i mixed it and put it in a bowl to eat. very tasty just not as aesthetic 😂
When I lived in Columbus, OH, there was a fast food chain called Bibibop that was basically chipotle but for bibimbap and it was awesome.
