Ooo, comfy.
They gave the guy a back warmer and a soft grassy pillow. There have been worse arrests.
"We were going to sit you up so you can breathe, but, uhm. there's a cat on your back. so we can't. Cat Law."
The cat is also the police trying to get the arrestee george floyded. Failed miserably though.
