When things get too much out of hand, we start looking for a change.
It depends on the individual however, how much needs to be bad before the change.
I (also) voted my first time after 1-2 years of listening at stuff going worse around here...and I'm already 34.
You know why I'm tired? Constantly thinking about these issues. I try to avoid it but I don't try hard enough. Hard to do anything when anything is tied to something I don't want to support.
