Seeking to make a dynamic website right from the scratch. This is going to be my very first project. How to begin ?

To admit frankly, l am a non technical person who would be tinkering with the task of creating a full fledged website for a travel company. For me, it's going to be a fun activity. There are a lot of nerds out here who can help me with their expertise. Many thanks to you all😊😊😊

Take a lot of time researching content management systems / frameworks. Consider hosting and licensing costs, tech stack, user / customer preference. Avoid lock-ins.
- These are too technical terms. Right now, my concern is to design a website and get it running. It has to be a dynamic one.

If this is your first project I would 100% say don't start from scratch.
Use something like Wordpress and if things are missing look at the plugins for augmenting the site.
Learn a web framework, such a Django.

But, I think you are looking for a CMS site that does stuff like Wordpress.
