Bring them all back, cancel the CECOT contract, charge people with crimes in a court if there is evidence, sue Fox over working all these people up into thinking there is some sort of migrant crime wave happening.
They should be nervous about payment because the contract explicitly say it's for convincted criminals, and also because it's Trump.
