everytime I bring home new catgrass
everytime I bring home new catgrass
everytime I bring home new catgrass
I'll have a go at that, thank you!
Edit with update: A fistful of outside grass seems to have been appreciated, but they are grazing less than usual, might be because it's harder than the oats they usually get, or just because they haven't gotten used to it yet. It seems to have done enough for them though, thanks for the tip!
My Sav (F7) asks to be let outside to our small back garden to eat some grass every morning. All I need to do is call her and she comes back in.
we used to grow rye grass in a small flat planter but she stopped eating that and prefers the grass in the garden.
Check to see if your grocery store sells wheat grass in the organics section! It's a much better deal too, costs less and there is more grass that is always healthy and fresh. Sorry still bad for the environment I don't have a solution there, but the plastic is less substantial than the pet store ones at least.
Or I guess you could buy a ton of dollar store mini planters to grow in and start rotating them for kitty and leave them outside otherwise. That's a lot to feed the grass habit lol
I think I may be lucky, they only like to eat the tips from time to time. So if I don't forget watering the grass I can keep it for a month or more.
Wow, mine will happily graze it down all the way.
Well it is called catgrass after all, not ignoredbycatgrass.
Oh that's what I call mine.
They quit smoking for that grass this is good
