They couldn't design some sort of system that loads/unloads the content so that its not a 1 TB monster? I feel like theres a way to make that possible. Its software after all.
- If Warframe can still have most of their content and they've been around longer, I'm sure Bungie could have figured something out but didn't want to spend the money.
  In a way it's digital planned obsolescence: remove the content so the players have to buy new content to keep up with their friends.
Ouah destiny 2 is still alive? Bungie hasn't managed to kill it by squeezing out for money yet?
- Yeah. I actually gave it another go recently, and it's not quite as horrible about nickle and diming you as it was.
  
  They don't nickle and dime in the usual way, they have their cosmetic store sure. The real problem is they overvalue the content they add on top of it being FOMO too. But I think Destiny fans will just buy literally anything at this point, so from a purely business standpoint, can you blame Bungie?
They don’t have a lore bible and a bunch of design documents and iterations and versions of their plans laying around?
Weird.
This also makes me assume that before any new campaign they review YouTube lore videos to get up to speed instead of reviewing their own fucking internal literature.
- None of that would really matter because all that matters is what is actually in the game. If Bungie deleted all that content out of the game, then as far as this lawsuit is concerned, Bungie deleted the evidence.
As it should. Not quite the right reasons, but hilarious nontheless.
It's why I stopped playing. And I got both games, with DLC.
