Is there a way to cross post a post to a different community? Also, how does one gain access to the TestFlight beta version?

Here is a link to the TestFlight. To crosspost a post to another community, tap on the ellipsis menu (...) in the top-right of a post, then tap "Share...", and then tap "Crosspost".
You can then choose a community by tapping "Choose community" in the top-left of the sheet that opens.

After you do all that you need to add at least 1 character, even a space, or the arrow to post remains grey. After that you can then remove the character.
