Major Problem in Physics Could Be Fixed if The Whole Universe Was Spinning

I...guess? But then the question is: what is it rotating in relation to? And where is the axis of rotation? I'm currently at the exact center of the observable universe, how close am I to the axis?

This should quell a few more folk saying the universe doesn't have a centre lol
