A constitutional lawyer who doesn't understand the "simple statute" of treason nor the fact that treason isn't a statute at all and is actually defined under Article III of the Constitution. Yes, that's very MAGA.
- He's "self-described" as a constitutional lawyer, but considering how delusion and imagination are more important than reality to most of the people in power right now, I guess maybe he'll be treated as one even if it's made-up.
O'Sullivan asked whether he would be disappointed if no one has been executed for treason by next year, and Raiklin suggested the CNN correspondent might be among those targeted for prosecution.
