Ribeye dinner by my wife

Reverse seared ribeye, oyster mushrooms, edible flowers. Fondant potatoes with crab and herb salad on the side.

  Yeah it did looks like the stem part of Eryngii(king oyster), or some sort of scallops. But it's crab on potate
- The potato was ridiculously good. I'd never had fondant potatoes before.

Despite raising cattle, I don't eat a lot of steak, but when I do, it's a rib steak, rare.
- I don't eat it often either. It's my go to for my birthday. Is raising cattle difficult?
