This happened last year, but it's a reminder that "stray bullets" (i.e. moving vehicles) are still a danger to everyone.
I don't like this expression.
are alwaysshould only be fired with intent to kill something. A stray bullet still meets its primordial purpose of killing someone; just not the intended target. The intent of a car is to transport, the fact that it is the primary killer of people aged 1-54 is a perversion of its own intent and a disgrace to transport.Touché.
