When a guy finishes using the public stall and passes the guy waiting to use it

"I warmed it up for ya!"

I just had that situation, and I'm a stall next to that one, for the purpose of damage control.

Its worse when you walk in and all the stalls are taken and you've just got to lurk there awkwardly not staring at the wall of people pissing.
