Holy shit. I haven't seen a Pedo Bear meme in 9 years. What a time to be alive!
Went looking to see how this character came to be, as I too, haven't seem them in like a literal decade.

Turns out it came from 2channel to warn about attention seekers and trolls. 4chan turned it into a pedophilia mascot. Of course they did.
